Serie Architects

Serie Architects is an internationally active design practice specializing in architecture, urban planning, and research. The studio was founded in 2008 by Christopher Lee in London, Mumbai, and Singapore–with an additional satellite office in Beijing. This website is a digital publication that highlights their work; developed as part of the identity for Serie, based upon a grid structure. Two main components of the website comprise the main content–containing their projects and research; with the latter offering insight into the studio’s work philosophy. All of the  images on the landing page and research page, are black and white, and when they are hovered over, fade to color; oppositely, imagery of the individual project pages is presented in full color. In line with the aesthetic nature of the studio’s output; their minimal approach to architecture is thus evident.
