Höweler + Yoon Architects

Höweler + Yoon is a Boston-based design-driven architecture practice and creative studio that believes design is an instrument for imagining and implementing change–social, cultural, technological, and environmental. The studio’s website is categorized in three chapters: Projects, feed (social media), and research. By using three super-imposed grids for each of the sections, a connection was created to the studio’s way of working: layered and on different scales. This results in a layout that has an editorial approach, due to the user experiencing an ongoing flow through the different layers of content. The website can appear in different forms by using the filter system.
